In Person Consultation
60 MINUTES $100
In home or office consultation, I (Kym Calloway) will arrive to physically view & discuss two spaces of your choice for ONE hour at the same location.
For DIY’ers - Others areas can be viewed but note it will take 60 minutes to throughly discuss two rooms.
During this time you will share with me your likes and dislikes of the spaces in question. I will then provide professional recommendations to correct the issues in the space. It is recommended for you (the client) to take notes of the conversation.
A detailed plan including product recommendation and execution steps can be purchased for an additional cost of $200
We will determine what you would like the space to function as and how to create the flow so that life is easier.
I will also share what you need to sort, purge, rearrange, store and contain your items to function and flow with efficiency.
We will try to incorporate eye-pleasing aesthetics at the same time. ( unless you specify otherwise)
This is the time for all your questions and issues with the particular space to be expressed to me. This allows us to brainstorm the issue.
-During this session, your needs and wants & budget will be discussed.
-This will conclude in professional recommendations advising you of how the space can be better used as well as how it can be executed.
Basically : ☞I will arrive locally in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and I will share exactly what I would do to better improve the space.
One 15-20 MINUTE SESSION $ 50
We will meet via FaceTime or Free conference call
If you have an area you need organized but you either:
Get stuck making decisions
Want a professional to assist you in making the right decisions
You want to do it yourself
Don’t want someone in your home
Have the time, but just need the know how
We will connect & discuss your space in detail. You will tell me what you like & don't like as well as what works and doesn't work so that I can develop a structured plan to reorganize the items you have in the space. I will work with you in increments of 15-20 minutes in the same day to get you steps closer to achieving your goal.
Note: You may have to take & send measurements to our office for product recommendations.
An In home evaluation must be purchased & completed before any of the following packages can be scheduled.
Small Space Organization
STUDIO OR 1 BDRM UP TO 600 SQ FT.
One 5-HOUR session $300
During this time I will work to declutter & reorganize your space until It reaches an organized & functional state. Understand that function is the objective during this time. Multiple appointments are usually necessary to complete any space.
Note: Having a functioning space is the goal. Only after the function & flow has been achieved can the focus be turned toward creating a beautifully organized space.
Includes 1 trip to Donation center
Large Space Organization
900 SQ FT OR LARGER
Three 5-HOUR Sessions $800
During this time I will work to declutter & reorganize your space until It reaches an organized & functional state. Understand that function is the objective during this time. Multiple appointments are usually necessary to complete any space. Ease of flow will be the first consideration in all projects unless you specify otherwise.
Note: Creating a functional space is the goal. Only after the function & flow has been achieved and confirmed to work for you can the focus be turned to creating a beautifully organized space. Which saves money in the long run.
Includes 1 trip to Donation center or trash drop off
