RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve your session a 50% deposit must be made. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. 
If you are not prepared for your appointment you will have to reschedule & MAY LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. no exceptions.

- NOT HAVING SUPPLIES ON SITE ( IF I ARRIVE & THERE ARE NO SUPPLIES - I WILL RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT & WILL LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.

- All session hours must be paid for in full 1 DAY PRIOR to the appointment by 5pm.

Ex: Your scheduled for Friday You must pay in full by Thursday at 5pm.

If your payment is not made in full THE DAY BEFORE please know that your file cannot be processes by our team so no one will be prepared to show up to your appointment.

You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment ONE TIME ONLY. After rescheduling you will loose any payments you have made if you do not follow the above policy . No refunds will be given at all.



Payment:

Billable time begins when I walk in your home and stops when I walk out the door. 
The last 15 minutes of the session is to wrap up and scheduling future sessions.

Virtual sessions billable time begins once the screen view opens up. 
Time is billed in 30-minute increments.
All sessions require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit.
Any remaining balance must be made by 5pm the day before the appointment. 
Ex: If your appointment is on a Friday. Your payment must be made by 5pm the day before which would be a Thursday. 

Payments can be made by Debit or Credit. If you have cash I recommend you try adding it to Cash App.
All payments must be delivered via your payment choice by 5pm the day prior.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel or rescheduled your appointment log in here to do that or text 469-515-4701 by 5pm the day before. If you do not receive a message confirming receipt of the cancellation PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME IT WAS RECEIVED. Send another text or call 469-515-4701 to confirm.

If a client rescheduled twice all fee’s charged will be due at the time of booking for each instance thereafter.

Please understand that this negatively impacts my ability to earn income and keeps other clients that truly want help to have to wait and that is unfair to everyone involved. Please be aware of this policy & know that organizing your life is a priority & the appointments should be looked as as such.

Things to know:

Please understand that becoming organized is a process. Its a life style. Please do not expect the process to happen in one day & it to stay that way with little to no effort.

Know that habits will have to change and sacrifices will have to be made in order to create the organized home you dream of. Once your space has been sorted, purged, contained & organized you & your family members will have to put in effort to keep it that way. This information is subject to change without notice.
